South Devon Fitness was set up in 1999 to offer personal training throughout Plymouth and the South Hams. In 2002 I expanded my business into Exeter working with elite level athletes, before returning back to South Devon in 2004. Over the years I have developed my skills, knowledge and qualifications to ensure I can offer the highest standards as a personal trainer. I completed my qualifications in personal training with nutrition and weight management through the YMCA in Plymouth the same year.

Prior to this he spent many years as a football coach working with former Plymouth Argyle manager and Arsenal coach Dave Smith.
