Auchterellon Under 5s was opened on 19 September 1981, and we have been providing 2s Group and Playgroup play and learning faciltiies for children in the Ellon area ever since.

We are a registered charity and are partly self-funded with fundraising paying for all of the extras such as utility bills, insurances, trips, parties and equipment.

We are managed by committee which all parents/carers with children at the group, are welcome to join.

We work to the The National Care Standards which were created to help make sure children get the right quality of care. The Care Inspectorate is the independent scrutiny and improvement body for care and children’s services. They regulate and inspect our care service and make sure that people receive the highest quality of care and that their rights are promoted and protected.
