Owned by camphill houses, stourbridge and part of camphill village trust, a charity supporting adults with learning difficulties, the cockleshell craft centre is a relaxing place where you can get involved in a wide range of crafts including painting a piece of pottery of your choice. You could also visit our coffee area where you can just pop in for a drink or snack in a relaxing atmosphere. You are welcome to browse our gift area for that special gift. We have many fair trade products displayed. Wi-fi is available on request.

Create your own masterpiece at reasonable prices. Just choose the item you wish to paint and take as long as you like. Leave it with us to glaze and fire. Call back about a week later to pick it up. Its as simple as that!

We have a large selection of pottery items, ceramic paints, stamps, shapes and books to ensure you enjoy your craft experience. Create that special present for the one you love or buy an unusual present from our gift area.
