Royvon were ecstatic to win Animal Boarding Establishment of the Year. Sarah Draper, Director commented “We were excited to win either category but the one that really meant the most was boarding establishment of the year. The black tie event held at The Majestic Hotel in Harrogate saw 250 pet care specialist come together to celebrate their industry. They were treated to a 4 course dinner and live entertainment.
Royvon last year won the Marketing Excellence Award at the Merthyr Business Awards and later went on to win the Canmol Welsh Marketing Award for their marketing imitative through Facebook. They upload 250 photos each day of their guests enjoying their activities and training at each of the 2 branches in Merthyr Tydfil, South Wales and Esher, Surrey.
Attending the event were Directors Darren James, Hannah James and Sarah Draper and Collette McKenzie (Manageress Surrey) and James Adamson (Manager Coventry). MD Darren said “’We are thrilled to be awarded with such an acclaim, we work hard to be the very best and to be acknowledged by the Pet Care Trust in this way helps to motivate Team Royvon to do the best job possible in the jobs that they love”.
The judges’ criteria for the award were a consistetently high level of excellence and required evidence on commercial success, customer service, staff training, facilities, entrepreneurial fleur and environmental awareness. Royvon stood out from all the other boarding establishments nationwide to prove why they deserved to be the overall winner.
