Watermark Technologies Ltd was originally created to offer a Document Management software (DMS) solution for the Financial Services sector in the UK. We realised very quickly in the early days that there was a need for an easy to use system, that would enable users and businesses to move from a paper based filing system, to a software based system.

After much thought, research and investment, Volume was created. It immediately proved to be a massive success because businesses could see the immediate benefits. Volume has grown from strength to strength and is now not only used in the Financial Services sector, but used across many different sectors worldwide.

Watermark continues to invest in DMS and we are constantly adding new features. We are proud of the fact that we were one of the first to specialise in a document management software solution for the financial markets. Our experience has enabled us to create an advanced, non-indexed based solution which has the ability to access your data remotely, without the need for specific software.

Recent developments include client and business portals; remote data hosting and the electronic authorisation and sign-off for documentation.
